Workshop days vary in content, from pure Mindfulness, 'Deepening our Practice' days, to days specifically focussing on Mindfulness and Self Compassion, Mindfulness and the Art of detaching from negative thought patterns, and other topics geared to the needs of students.
I also run Wellness Days which include various talks and demonstrations, by other therapists, such as:
