Mindfulness helps us to focus on self care and acceptance, and frees us up to be more caring towards ourselves and others
Gently, week by week, we will be building on our knowledge, and sharing our experiences. The group environment is powerful and effective - it is the perfect opportunity to learn, explore, laugh and share about the topics that are challenging for us all.
The course runs for 6 weeks and consists of a weekly session that takes place for 2.5 hours per week, 6.00 - 8.30 pm, at the Bay Therapy Centre in West Bridgford.
This is an introductory course. A further practice group opportunity is available upon completion of this course.
