Lydia explains: "My workshops introduce you to some of the core benefits of Mindfulness practise in a relaxed, welcoming and very friendly environment.
We gather as a small group (usually 12 to 15 people) and we learn through discussion and teaching in a comfortable and unchallenging way. We will explore Mindfulness principles and how they can help us to lead more peaceful, productive and focused lives.The Workshop will also include opportunities for us, together as a group, to practice some Mindful meditations."
